In this episode, we tour the village of Cooksville, Wisconsin, founded in the 1840s. It has lots of infrastructure that was here before (and will still be here after) fossil fuels and industrialization. We also start to plan out what we’re going to grow and eat as we try to cover the two million calories needed to get through the year.
