We’re happy to announce our first workshop, which will get your hands in some dough at Grove East Provisions. We’ll be baking a traditional free-standing loaf of bread in the bakery’s wood-fired oven. You’ll take away a loaf of bread, sourdough starter, and a few new skills, such as caring for a sourdough starter, assessing dough hydration, properly forming a free-standing loaf, and peeling bread into the oven. The cost is $25 per person and space is limited to 8 people. First come, first serve.
The workshops will take place on Saturday, December 3rd, 10th, and (maybe) 17th, 2016 (please specify which date you prefer) from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at Grove East Provisions, 3101 Arsenal Street, Saint Louis, Missouri 63118.
Please bring a small container (ca. 1-4 cups) if you would like to take home some sourdough starter.

Payment information will be sent to you in a confirmation email (check, cash, or paypal). A $5 deposit will be due by the 19th of November to hold your spot (or you can pay the whole thing upfront, your choice).
