Great video Scott! FYI, your microphone fuzz shows up in some of your video segments. One spot where you can see it is at 30:18. Maybe you know that and it’s hard/expensive to fix… For the bran in the wheat, someone posted this to Permies and maybe it will give you some ideas?https://permies.com/t/141797/kitchen/figured-FAST-sift-bran-home Keep up the great work! Hi Mike and thanks!
I was just thinking I need to trim my mike windscreen. Thanks also for the bran suggestions.
Take care,
Scott
Hi, do you know how fast is the hand harvesting? I mean area per time for one person. Thank you
It depends on how skillful you are, to some extent. With a scythe I could probably harvest an acre in a few days. With a sickle it would be probably four times that. This counts cutting and binding, but if you had a couple of binders and a scythe, an acre in a day would be doable.
